I specialize in relational depth therapy for young adults who have experienced trauma. Additional issues I have experience working with include depression, anxiety, shame/self-worth, LGBTQ+ issues, relationship issues, highly sensitive people, existential/spiritual crises, psychedelic integration, grief, and psychosis.

I offer emotionally-focused relationship therapy for couples and polyamorous relationship structures. I also offer relationship therapy for non-romantic relationships, particularly addressing challenging dynamics between family members.

I offer peer consultation for other therapists as I believe it can be mutually beneficial to collaboratively discuss client treatment. I am also available for consultation about specific specializations including complex trauma, psychedelic integration, or psychosis.
